Amanda Price, FNP, is a seasoned family nurse practitioner, certified Lyme specialist, and healthcare entrepreneur known for her innovative, patient-centered approach to care. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 2003 and began her career in a small inner-city family practice, where she developed a deep appreciation for accessible, relationship-driven medicine.

In 2007, Amanda took a bold leap into entrepreneurship, opening her own insurance-based family practice. After more than a decade of firsthand experience navigating the limitations of traditional healthcare, she transitioned her clinic to the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model in 2023—allowing her to deliver highly personalized, holistic care while restoring the doctor–patient relationship at the center of medicine.

Amanda is also the host of the DPC NP Podcast, where she educates, encourages, and equips nurse practitioners pursuing autonomy and entrepreneurship. With a passion for mentorship, she is deeply committed to helping other NPs confidently build sustainable, values-driven practices of their own.

Beyond her clinical work, Amanda is the co-founder of Camp Conquest, a nonprofit organization providing transformative summer camp experiences for individuals with special needs, disabilities, and chronic illnesses. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to advocacy, leadership, and service.

Outside the clinic, Amanda finds joy in life with her family—her five children and three grandchildren—along with time at the lake, tackling challenging puzzles, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves.
